Caresensy is developed, maintained, and operated by CENITPRO (care@cenitpro.in). Throughout this agreement, "CENITPRO", "Company", "we", and "Caresensy" refer to the same operating organization where applicable.
By using Caresensy ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
Caresensy is a patient retention and appointment management platform for healthcare practitioners. It enables clinics to manage appointments, send reminders, and collect patient feedback.
Clinics using Caresensy are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from patients before collecting or processing their data. Clinics must comply with all applicable laws including India's DPDP Act 2023.
You must not use the Service to send unsolicited communications, store data without consent, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
Caresensy is provided "as is". CENITPRO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
